No setup, just create
Five superpowers creators actually want.
Zero-setup, one-click video — up to 3 minutes
Most AI video tools hand you models to pick, settings to tune, and clips to stitch together yourself. Kineo doesn't. Paste a link and it directs the whole thing — script, matched footage, voiceover, and the final edit — a polished video up to 3 minutes, in a single click.

A presenter the AI knows how to stage
Upload one clear photo and a 30-second audio clip for a lifelike talking avatar with accurate lip-sync, narrated by a clone of your own pitch, tone, and emotion. Then Kineo stages it: your presenter rides small in the corner while the footage plays, then steps to full-screen to deliver the close — the shot a real director would choose.
Custom B-roll, 30s+, merged in
Editing your own video but missing the right footage? Generate precise, cinematic AI B-roll of 30 seconds or more on demand, and splice it seamlessly into your existing timeline. No more asset shortages.
Your data becomes on-screen graphics
Kineo reads your script and turns the key numbers and takeaways into clean on-screen cards — big figures, bullet lists, pull-quotes — plus audio-synced, word-by-word subtitles that let viewers track every word. A dense topic reads like a polished explainer, automatically.
Your key, wholesale pricing
No platform markup. Plug in your own official compute key and see the exact cost of every video before you generate. Honest, direct, transparent.
At a glance
Exactly what Kineo does — and how it's priced.
Kineo turns any article, URL, or topic into a cinematic vertical video up to 3 minutes long — it writes the script, matches footage to every line, turns your key numbers into on-screen cards, records the voiceover, and stages a talking-head avatar of yourself from corner picture-in-picture to full-screen — plus word-by-word subtitles, fully automated. You bring your own WaveSpeed API key, so compute is billed at the provider's own price with zero platform markup.

FAQ
Everything a creator needs to know.
Do I need an API key to try Kineo?
No — your very first video is on us, completely free, no API key or credit card required. It’s a ~30-second preview so you can see Kineo in action. After that, add your own WaveSpeed key to keep creating: videos up to 3 minutes, no watermark, your own cloned voice and avatar, and compute billed to you at cost with zero markup.
I'm not technical and can't edit video — can I still use Kineo?
100%. Kineo is built to leave the complexity to the AI — you never touch a model setting, voice config, or editing timeline. Sign in, paste a URL or text, hit "Generate video," and Kineo does the rest.
How do I use my own photo and voice?
Very simple. In settings, upload one clear portrait photo and a 30-second voice recording — the AI creates your own digital avatar and a clone of your voice. Within seconds you can produce endless videos in your own face and voice, with no makeup or recording sessions.
What is BYOK (bring your own key), and what do I need?
It's like bringing your own mic to karaoke. Create a free account at the compute provider (currently WaveSpeed), top up a few dollars, and paste your personal API key into Kineo's settings. Your video costs are then billed there at official wholesale price — with no reseller markup from third-party platforms.
→ See the full setup walkthroughHow long can a Kineo video be? Can I make just a clip?
Kineo generates full, in-depth videos up to 3 minutes in one click. It also fully supports clip generation (B-roll): make precise 30-second-plus shots and merge them into your existing editing project.
Does Kineo just paste text over stock clips, or does it actually direct the video?
It directs. Kineo writes the script, then matches footage to each line, pulls your key numbers into on-screen cards (big figures, bullet lists, pull-quotes), and stages your avatar — small in the corner over the scenery, then full-screen for the close. You get an edited, directed short, not a slideshow — no timeline and no editing skills needed.
Which languages can Kineo narrate, and how good is the voiceover?
Three today: English, Mandarin (Traditional or Simplified characters) and Cantonese. We would rather name three we have actually tested than advertise “50+ languages.” Every narration clip passes an automatic check before it is used — a crest-factor and duration test that catches the clipped, buzzy renders these models occasionally produce, plus a transcript match that re-transcribes the audio and compares it against the intended line. A clip that fails either is retried, then falls back to another voice. You can also clone your own voice; note that a cloned voice keeps the accent of its reference recording, so the preset voices stay more reliable across languages.
I chose 3 minutes — will the video really be 3 minutes? Does my own API key change the limit?
It will, and the limit has nothing to do with your key. Three minutes of Chinese is not three minutes of English: every language, every preset voice, and every voice you clone has its own measured speaking rate. Kineo measures that pace — characters per second for Chinese, words per second for English — and multiplies it by the length you picked to give the script writer a real budget, so the finished video lands at the length you asked for. During assembly the video is time-fitted to the narration, never the narration to the video, and talking-head shots are never time-fitted at all, because that would break lip-sync. The length cap is ours, not your key’s: 3 minutes maximum, 1 minute on the free plan (3 videos per rolling 7 days). Your API key only decides what the compute costs — Kineo adds no markup on top.
