Scope
This policy covers Kineo's platform/software fees (the Free, Pro and Lifetime plans). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record; approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.
Monthly subscription (Pro)
You can cancel anytime — use the Manage subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email us at support@kineo.studio. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription payment if you're not satisfied. After 14 days, payments for the current period are non-refundable and partial/unused time is not pro-rated, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
Lifetime (one-time purchase)
If you're not satisfied with a Lifetime purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the Lifetime purchase is non-refundable.
Your AI compute costs (BYOK)
Kineo runs on your own AI-provider API key — the cost of each generation is billed by that provider (e.g. WaveSpeed) directly to your account with them, at their price. Those compute charges are not collected or refundable by Kineo; any refund of compute is governed by your provider's own terms.
How to request a refund
Email support@kineo.studio from your account email, with your order/receipt details, within the applicable window above. We'll review and, if approved, Lemon Squeezy will process the refund to your original payment method (typically within a few business days).
